I've always been a HUGE fan of keeping all appointments simple.  So, here are my simple documents that I use at facials, double facials and parties.  A facial is 1 person, a double facial is two people and a party is 3-6 people.  I do the SAME thing at all appointments.  The only difference between a facial and a party is that I might sit at a facial and I might stand at a party.  SIMPLE. :)   I've also included my simple party invitations and our required booking training at the bottom.
